I was impressed by how welcoming the staff was, even when we arrived very late at night due to traffic. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a well-stocked tea and coffee station. The gardens were beautiful and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.
Nothing to dislike.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, just like the reviews mentioned. They made me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed for my stay. I loved the attention to detail, especially the fully stocked tea/coffee station - it was a small touch that made a big difference. The location of the hotel was also great, conveniently situated for exploring the area.
No complaints whatsoever, everything was absolutely perfect!

the bed was really comfortable and the pillows were lovely. The staff was absolutely awesome.
the shower was beyond filthy. it had terrible grime and it was slippery. I also have a shower at home and I know a little bleach poured over it one doesnt even have to scrub. The showers need a proper clean.

What a great Easter weekend! The location was perfect, just a short drive from the heart of town and close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave which allowed us to prepare our own meals. The gardens were well-maintained and created the perfect ambiance for relaxation. We also loved the friendly and helpful staff who were always on hand to assist us with anything we needed.
The lack of utensils in the room's self-catering facilities. It would have been nice to have some basic kitchenware available.

The room size was impressive, with a kitchenette, fridge and crockery provided, handy if you're on a budget. the hotel gardens were lovely, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was also located in a safe area with beautiful views.
Some areas of the hotel were not well maintained. the swimming pool was small and not very clean, and the view from some of the rooms was spoiled by overgrown shrubs.

The hotel offers great value for money with its spacious rooms and basic amenities such as a microwave, fridge, and sink. I loved the attention to detail in providing crockery and cutlery in the room, allowing guests to self-cater if they wish. The staff were also friendly and helpful, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.
The only minor downside was that some of the rooms didn't have a clear view due to overgrown shrubs, which was a shame. But overall, everything was more than satisfactory.

The room was a good size and included a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. The gardens were well maintained and offered a decent place to relax.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. Firstly, the air conditioning in our first room wasn't working which was a bit of a problem as it was quite warm. We were moved to another room but it was disappointing to have to go through that process. Secondly, the swimming pool was very small. Lastly, the view from our room was blocked by some overgrown shrubs which was a real shame as we were looking forward to enjoying it.
